Welcome to MY APARTMENT. By using myapartment.org.in (the "Website") or booking any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About us

MY APARTMENT is a proprietorship firm based in Mumbai, Maharashtra (GSTIN 27BYZPC3492G1ZW). We show property listings (rent, PG and similar) and offer home services: rental agreement drafting and registration help, painting and waterproofing, cleaning, and pest control.

2. Property listings

• Listings are shown for information. Availability, rent, deposit, area and other details can change without notice, so please confirm them with us before you decide.
• We do not guarantee that a listed property will be available or that its details are completely error-free.
• Any brokerage, service or documentation charge will be told to you before you confirm.

3. Services and pricing

• Prices on the Website marked "Starts from" are starting prices. The final price depends on the size, condition and work needed at your location.
• Services marked "Estimate" are priced after an inspection or discussion. You are not bound to proceed until you accept the estimate.
• What is included in each service is shown on its listing ("Includes"). Anything outside that scope may be charged extra after your approval.
• Time shown for a service is an approximate guide. Actual time can vary with site conditions.
• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you by call or WhatsApp.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give correct details and your service address.
• Make sure our team can reach the work area at the agreed time, and that someone is present when needed.
• Where a service requires it (for example removing utensils or clearing furniture before pest control or painting), do so as told. Where the listing says our team will do it, we will.
• Tell us about children, pets, allergies, or fragile and valuable items before the work begins.

5. Payments

Payment terms (advance, if any, and balance) will be told to you when you book. Taxes, where applicable, are charged as per law. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations and refunds.

6. Warranty

A warranty applies only to services where a warranty is clearly mentioned on the service listing, and only for the period and conditions stated there. Normal wear, misuse, later damage by others, or new infestation or leakage from a different cause is not covered.

7. Photos and videos

Photos and videos on the Website are for illustration and may not show our actual work. We may take photos or videos of the completed work as proof of service. See our Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in everything we do. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by incorrect information from you, delays outside our control (such as weather, society or building restrictions), or the acts of third parties. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website: do not try to hack it, copy its content for commercial use, post false enquiries, or harass our staff.

10. Intellectual property

The Website's design, text, logo and content belong to MY APARTMENT or its content providers. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them without our written permission.

11. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party sites and services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We will first try to settle any complaint by talking with you.

14. Changes

We may change these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
